The Parts Representative position is responsible for support of parts sales and inventory, as well as other general office functions such as answering calls, running/analyzing reports, reconciling financials in support of the Honda Service Center.
Essential Job Functions Parts
Coordinate parts tracking, inventory control/turn in, issue resolution
Order products for customers not in stock
Parts Sales
Ensure accuracy of daily cash flow processing (balancing and closing)
Monitor, react and respond to customer needs
Ensure, clarify and confirm communication with customers and staff
Office
Provide support and back-up to daily office functions
Customer Service
Fleet Analytics
Monthly reporting of vehicle inventories, sales, budgets, etc.
Processing of company and associate vehicles from American Honda
Budget accuracy for lease orders/exceptions and imputed income/payments.
Customer service support for purchase programs and business travel needs
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
MS Word and Excel skills
Excellent customer service skills; verbal and written communication
Lifting Requirements: 5 – 25 lbs.
Requires moderate level of physical activity
Lifting Requirements 5-40 lbs
