Commercial General Contractor, based in NH, is growing and looking for a Superintendent to join their team. First job is a ground up Woodframe Multifamily project in Lebanon NH. Their project portfolio includes new construction & renovations up to $50M across Healthcare, Academic, Hospitality, Multifamily Residential, Municipal, Commercial & more. Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for: Onsite daily providing oversight of construction project in Lebanon NH Assisting in the preconstruction process & start-up plan, project buy-out & scheduling Creating and implementing a site logistics plan Scheduling the sequence of activities and identifying the resources required to create a successful schedule Implementing on-site QA/QC Program Enforcing the site-specific safety plan Ensuring job site operations are in compliance & completed on schedule, within budget, to quality standards Maintaining an effective and open dialogue with the project team Running weekly project and subcontractor meetings Understanding client needs, wants, preferences & exceeding expectations Continuously promoting positive subcontractor relations Overseeing budget management, cost control, and invoice reviews Assisting with RFIs, Submittals, and complete change orders as necessary Mentoring and coaching direct reports MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual\'s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Right Superintendent Will Have Superintendent experience in the commercial construction space (5+ years) Experience building ground-up Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Industrial and Retail projects valued at $10M+ Ideally ground up multifamily experience, preferred / not required Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications Good written and communication skills Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload to meet all assigned deadlines Familiarity with construction/project management software & overall computer Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) CPR/First Aid Certified 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification 30-Hour OSHA (preferred) What\'s on Offer
