
Automotive Technical Sales Representative

A leading German manufacturer of assembly and screwdriving technologies is expanding into the U.S. market. Nearly all major automotive manufacturers rely on the company’s innovative solutions. Its rapid growth is driven by a dedicated team committed to developing and improving advanced assembly technologies. As part of the U.S. expansion, the company is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join the team.
Your Role As a Technical Sales Representative, you will:
Present products and solutions directly at client sites
Collaborate with customers to solve assembly and production challenges
Build and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with clients
Support the setup and expansion of our U.S. operations, including equipment and site installations
Clients
Automotive manufacturers and their suppliers
Qualifications
Experience in sales, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector
Technical background or practical experience in assembly processes is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent preferred but not required
Career starters with motivation and willingness to learn are welcome
Training & Support
Onboarding at the company headquarters in Germany (approx. 2 weeks)
Close mentorship and ongoing support throughout your role
