Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Sales Support . This position serves as a key link between customers, the sales team, and plant operations. The role is responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate order entry and fulfillment, coordinating with production and logistics, and delivering exceptional service to maintain strong customer relationships. The CSR plays a critical role in ensuring that customer expectations are met while aligning with production capabilities and company goals.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for customers and sales reps, ensuring timely and professional communication

Process and manage customer orders accurately in ERP systems

Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping to meet customer needs

Monitor order fulfillment and proactively resolve issues or delays

Manage order changes, including adjustments, cancellations, and substitutions

Collaborate cross‑functionally to support smooth order execution

Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries or concerns

Maintain accurate records and support reporting, forecasting, and demand planning

The Ideal Candidate

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of customer service, sales support, or order management experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Customer‑focused with a collaborative mindset

Strong problem‑solving skills

Detail‑oriented and adaptable in dynamic environments

Experience in food processing, agriculture, or manufacturing is preferred

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), preferred

Knowledge of production scheduling or supply chain processes, preferred
