Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Lines Team! This team member's main responsibility will be to provide customers with product and service support to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

Work Arrangement This is a full‑time position with a hybrid work arrangement and can report to our office located in Cheshire, CT, Kingston NY, Thornwood NY, or Enfield CT.

Professional Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers, and company personnel

Responsible for rating of customers using carrier websites

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and service li>

Create proposals for Sales Executive

Support sales team and new producers to understand commercial lines coverage

Manage daily account management of assigned commercial business

Support all team projects and priorities as determined by management

Assume other job responsibilities as assigned by manager

Qualifications and Requirements

8+ years of previous commercial insurance customer service or insurance sales experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Active New York Property & Casualty insurance license

Claims experience is helpful, but not required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products

A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay Range $90,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience.

*A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
