We’re hiring Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Interns for our San Mateo, CA office for Summer 2026. This is an on-site, commission-based internship designed for highly motivated individuals eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry while developing primarily sales skills along with some marketing and financial analysis.
About the Role
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside brokers and gain direct exposure to deal-making in commercial real estate. Interns will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience, learning how to prospect clients, analyze market trends, and support transactions. The position provides unlimited growth potential with a high ceiling for earnings and a path toward becoming a full-time commercial broker. Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively Coachable with a strong work ethic Pursuing sales and business development Key Responsibilities
Prospect and establish relationships with potential clients Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify commercial real estate opportunities Assist brokers in client meetings and provide insights on market trends Support marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials for listings Assist in drafting contracts and agreements under broker supervision Engage with clients, vendors, and internal team members to facilitate transactions Experience
