Customer Service Representative / CSR

to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. If you have exceptional communication skills and can do whatever it takes to make our customers happy, this opportunity may be for you. The position requires availability to work shifts from 7 am – 5 pm. Pay starts at

$17/hour

You arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are heard and receive the best customer service possible, as a Customer Service Representative / CSR. You work primarily in an office environment on the phone or computer. Your duties include answering incoming client phone calls by the third ring and making outbound calls. Besides providing customer service, you will complete various other tasks as assigned. At the end of the day, you will feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly. Qualifications

Basic computer skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and Word (a plus!) Strong verbal communication skills Are you a talented multitasker who can sound professional yet helpful on the phone?
