A growing property management company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Property Administrator
to support operations across a Boston‑area portfolio.
This role is highly visible and plays a key part in
tenant relations, maintenance coordination, financial administration, and leasing support . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is comfortable being a central point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal teams.
Boston, MA / ⚡ $60,000 – $70,000+ / year
What You’ll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant communication via phone and email
Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and lease‑related matters with professionalism and efficiency
Issue notices including renewals, rent increases, and entry notifications
Coordinate maintenance requests, prioritize work orders, and dispatch vendors
Manage vendor scheduling and ensure proper documentation (insurance, W‑9s, etc.)
Follow up with residents to ensure maintenance issues are resolved satisfactorily
Process rent payments and monitor delinquent accounts
Review and code vendor invoices and support accounts payable processes
Assist with security deposit calculations and move‑out financials
Support leasing efforts including listing units, screening applicants, and preparing leases
Maintain organized tenant, lease, and compliance documentation
Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and local regulations

What It Takes
1–3+ years of property management or administrative experience
Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Basic understanding of leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial processes
Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and local regulations preferred
