R-100967**Multi-Site** ****L**easing Consultant** with strong sales skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.In this role, you'll handle apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals at our 2 apartment communities in Camarillo, while building strong, service-focused relationships with our residents. You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your marketing skills by planning resident events and driving community engagement.### ### ### **What You’ll Do:*** Engage with prospective and current residents to maximize property occupancy* Generate leads, qualify prospects, and lease apartments* Prepare lease documentation and facilitate a seamless move-in process* Plan and host resident events to foster community* Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint### ### ### **Compensation & Benefits:**We value our team members and offer a competitive compensation package, including:* **$23.00 per hour** (based on experience)* Average **30% additional earnings** in leasing bonuses and awards* **Medical, Dental, and Vision** coverage* **401(k) with company match*** **Life insurance & long-term disability coverage*** **Generous Apartment rent discounts at an AMLI community*** **Tuition reimbursement*** **Paid time off**: 20 days + 9 paid holidays.
