Job Title
The role involves serving as a liaison between the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Contractor, and the Contracting Officer. Responsibilities include: Reviewing contract specifications for compatibility with the administration of performance assessment methods and procedures. Attending and assisting with pre-proposal site visits and pre-proposal conferences. Providing assistance to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with performance assessments of assigned Facility Support Contracts. Preparing government cost estimates for task orders and minor modifications using industry accepted standards. Conducting on-site assessments of Facility Support Contracts to observe work performance and methods employed to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
