KeyBank - 1021 Boston Post Road - Responsibilities: Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions; Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines; Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed; Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition to a Banker; Attend and participate in in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs
