Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Product Specialist (CMF) to join our team in Holland, MI. As a Product Specialist (CMF) you will support the execution of CMF product line management strategies for assigned product lines or categories, working cross‑functionally to ensure color, material, and finish offerings are market‑relevant, brand‑aligned, manufacturable at scale, and financially viable.
Essential Functions
Analyze product or CMF performance by evaluating sales data, market share, customer needs, competitive offerings, industry trends, and emerging materials or finishes to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Contribute to pricing and value strategies by analyzing cost, margin, perceived value, and competitive positioning for products or CMF offerings.
Manage product or CMF lifecycles, including enhancements, pricing adjustments, option architecture, cost targets, complexity considerations, forecasting support, and phaseout or transition strategies.
Track performance of new and existing offerings to guide portfolio decisions.
Support development and maintenance of product or CMF roadmaps, including palette or material planning, launches, transitions, and retirements aligned with brand and product direction.
Actively participate in cross‑functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, sales, finance, and marketing communications to ensure offerings meet aesthetic intent, technical requirements, and operational constraints.
Support product or CMF launches by preparing and coordinating materials for introductions, palette expansions, updates, and transitions, including documentation, training content, and communications.
Develop or support creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials that communicate product or CMF information for internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert by providing product or CMF guidance to internal teams, external partners, clients, dealers, or sales teams to support decision‑making and presentations.
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodation.
Use office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Design, Materials Science, Interior Design, or similar.
2 years experience in product line management or similar.

Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post‑secondary education.

Preferred Qualifications
5 years experience in product line management or similar preferred.
Experience with hard surfaces (laminate, wood, and paint).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Strong project management skills.
