The Opportunity
Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations.
Part‑time role
requiring flexibility, including evenings and weekends. Expect 20‑25 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
Capture high‑quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
Refer high‑potential leads to Sales Specialists
Ensure guests directed to the appropriate next step in their journey
Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
Ensure test‑drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready
Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)
Support day‑to‑day studio operations as needed
What You Bring
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a customer‑facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand
Qualifications
Flexible availability, including extended holiday mall hours, holidays, and weekends
Minimum age 18 years
Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred
Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
Where permitted by law, successful completion of a drug test and background check is a condition of employment
Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid training upon hire
Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable

Compensation Range : The compensation range is specific to the location and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay. Base hourly pay: $21.00 USD.
