This role is a hands-on execution opportunity for a detail-oriented email marketing professional passionate about lifecycle marketing and retention. You will be responsible for bringing brand campaigns and retention strategies to life within Klaviyo, ensuring high-quality execution across email flows, campaigns, and segmentation. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders who provide strategic direction and creative briefs. Your focus will be on building, optimizing, and maintaining a high-performing email ecosystem that drives repeat purchases and customer engagement. The role requires strong operational discipline, creativity within brand guidelines, and a data-driven mindset. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in structured execution and enjoys owning the day-to-day performance of email marketing programs.

Accountabilities

Execute end-to-end email campaigns in Klaviyo based on internal briefs, including copy drafting, design assembly, scheduling, and QA

Build, maintain, and optimize lifecycle flows such as welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and VIP journeys

Manage segmentation logic, exclusions, and personalization rules to ensure targeted and relevant messaging

Maintain campaign calendars and ensure consistent execution aligned with promotional planning

Monitor deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics to protect sender reputation and performance

Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, content, timing, and offers to continuously improve results

Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and optimization recommendations

Maintain flow architecture, naming conventions, and documentation for clarity and scalability

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing, preferably in ecommerce or DTC environments

Strong proficiency in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, reporting, and template building

Ability to write clear, on-brand email copy aligned with premium or lifestyle aesthetics

Experience building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing journeys

High attention to detail with strong QA discipline to ensure error-free campaign execution

Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage fast-paced weekly execution cycles

Excellent communication skills and reliability in cross-functional collaboration

Bonus: experience with SMS marketing tools, basic HTML, or retention strategy in DTC brands
