About the Role: Crusoe is looking for a thoughtful, creative, and execution‑driven

Workplace Experiential Design Producer

to shape how our physical spaces reflect our brand, culture, and employee experience.

This role will serve as a critical bridge between Workplace, Design, and Marketing—leading the integration of branding, environmental graphics (EGD), and workplace design across our growing portfolio. You’ll work across multiple projects and locations, ensuring our spaces are not only functional, but also intentional, cohesive, and reflective of who we are as a company.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and execution, someone who can translate ideas into physical environments and build scalable systems along the way.

What You'll Be Working On: Workplace Design & Brand Integration

Partner with Workplace and Brand & Creative teams to bring the company’s brand and culture to life within physical environments

Translate brand standards into workplace applications including signage, storytelling elements, and spatial design moments

Ensure consistency of design language and experience across all office locations while allowing for local nuance

Environmental Graphics (EGD) & Visual Experience

Lead the strategy and execution of environmental graphics across all workplace projects

Develop scalable EGD standards, templates, and documentation for use across the portfolio

Manage design vendors and fabricators to deliver high‑quality graphics, signage, and installations

Design Coordination Across Projects

Partner with real estate, design, and construction teams to integrate design intent into all phases of projects

Review layouts, test fits, and design packages to ensure alignment with brand and workplace experience goals

Act as quality control layer across multiple concurrent projects

Workplace Experience Enhancements

Lead design‑driven initiatives that enhance the employee experience, including productivity zones, wayfinding, social and community spaces, brand storytelling, cultural touchpoints, digital experience integration, and other workplace design elements that support how employees work, connect, and navigate the space.

Support ongoing updates, refreshes, and workplace design requests tied to branding and experience

Program & Vendor Management

Manage external design consultants, EGD vendors, and creative partners

Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables for design‑related scopes within broader workplace projects

Build and maintain scalable processes for design intake, prioritization, and execution

What You'll Bring to the Team:

7+ years of experience as a project manager or producer in workplace design, environmental graphics, interior design, brand experience, or a related field

Experience integrating brand into physical environments (EGD, signage, experiential design, or similar)

Experience working on office buildouts, workplace design projects, or multi‑site environments

Strong understanding of design process from concept through execution

Experience managing vendors, consultants, and cross‑functional stakeholders

Ability to review plans, drawings, and design documentation (CAD familiarity is a plus but not required)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Clear communication skills and previous experience working cross‑functionally with Workplace, Marketing, and Design teams

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with design tools is a plus

Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $128,000 -$156,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
