What You'll Do
Responding quickly and professionally to phone calls, internet leads, and online chats — making customers feel like a priority from the first contact Setting appointments by building genuine rapport and communicating value Following up with leads, prospects, and existing customers through our CRM Making outbound calls to connect customers with new vehicle and service opportunities Collaborating with the BDC Team Lead and Sales Managers to refine scripts, email campaigns, and follow-up strategies Providing performance updates to dealership leadership and tracking appointments through to sale What We\'re Looking For
You don\'t need a car sales background, you do need a people-first mindset and a drive to connect. The ideal candidate: Communicates clearly and confidently, whether on the phone, via email, or in online chat Stays organized and follows through Picks up new software and tools quickly Thrives in a goal-oriented environment where your work directly impacts the team\'s success Handles a fast pace with a positive attitude Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required 1–3 months of customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred (but not required — we\'ll train the right person) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning CRM and dealership software Why Graff Chevrolet?
