Title: Associate Brand Manager Location: Chicago, IL Job Type: FT About the Role: Were looking for a strategic Associate Brand Manager to contribute to growth in our vapes and edibles portfolio. As the Associate Brand Manager, youll support new product launchesfrom concept through commercializationcollaborating closely with Creative, Insights, Trade, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns and in-sector innovation. Using performance metrics and trend analysis, youll monitor brand performance, category trends, and identify insights to guide strain strategy and broader brand activations. You will collaborate closely with the Digital, Social, and Media teams to optimize our brands online and eCommerce presence. In this role, youll partner with agencies and field teams to maintain brand integrity, execute against key brand objectives, and bring compelling brand storytelling to life across retail channels. What Youll Do: In this role, you will contribute to:

Creative Execution: Work with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets for campaigns and product launches.

Trade & Retail Initiatives: Support retail activations, promotional programs, and communication with field teams.

Budget Management: Help track and reconcile marketing budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals.

Swag & Merchandising Development: Coordinate the creation and distribution of branded merchandise and point-of-sale materials.

Digital & Social Footprint: Partner with digital teams and partners to enhance social media content, develop and execute influence strategies, and grow eCommerce performance.

Category Research & Trend Spotting: Gather and analyze market data to identify emerging trends and inform brand strategies.

What Youll Bring: 23 years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, or a related fieldpreferably within CPG or highly regulated industries(e.g., cannabis, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, nutrition, etc.)

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Proficient in digital and social marketing execution, including campaign support, content coordination, and performance measurement

Strong analytical mindsetcomfortable gathering market and category insights (e.g., Nielsen, IRI), conducting post-campaign analyses, and informing strategic decisions

Cross-functional and agency collaboration skills, supporting creative development, trade and retail activations, and stakeholder communications

Written/verbal communication skills, project management, and interpersonal abilitiesable to coordinate and meet project timelines across teams and agencies
