Compensation / Benefits
Base Salary ($42k) + Commission
Expected First-Year Earnings: Up to $125,000+
Unlimited earning potential as experience grows

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and leasing or purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles
Build relationships and deliver a high-quality, transparent customer experience
Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and repeat customers
Work with management to structure deals and achieve sales goals
Qualifications
Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Backgrounds
Automotive Sales or Leasing
Retail Sales (cell phones, furniture, or high-ticket items)
Hospitality or customer service
Commission-based or B2B sales
