Field-Based | Revenue-Driving | Performance-Compensated The Aesthetic Sales Manager is a field-based, revenue-driving role responsible for accelerating aesthetic growth across Platinum Dermatology Partners' highest-opportunity clinics. This individual operates directly on the practice floor up front, leading by example selling skincare, injectables, devices, memberships, and treatment plans alongside providers and staff. This is not a back-office management role; it is a hands-on sales leadership position designed to influence behavior through direct action. Initial focus will be on PDP's Top 20 clinics, expanding from there as performance scales. This role requires 5075% travel to support practices across the PDP network. When in Dallas, attendance at the corporate office is encouraged. Key Responsibilities
Practice-Floor Sales Leadership Sell directly inside practices on the floor, up front alongside injectors and estheticians. Lead by example in: Treatment plan upgrades Retail attachment Membership enrollment Event closing Improve: Consultation-to-treatment conversion Injectable and skincare attachment rates Average ticket value Event-driven revenue This role requires someone comfortable asking for the sale and coaching others to do the same in real time. Top 20 Clinic Focus Activate and grow PDP's highest-opportunity clinics first. Build replicable playbooks from high-performing offices. Expand strategy into additional markets based on measurable results. Aesthetic & Injectable Event Execution Plan and execute: Skincare events Injectable promotions Provider dinners Retail pop-ups Membership enrollment drives Own pre-event strategy and post-event ROI tracking. Ensure events generate measurable lift not just attendance. Enterprise Program Adoption Drive Platinum Rewards enrollment and utilization. Ensure in-office selling integrates with BestDerm.com initiatives. Translate enterprise strategy into revenue-producing behavior. Reporting & Accountability Track quarterly sales against the $250,000 threshold. Required / Preferred Experience: 25 years of experience in a sales-driven aesthetic role within cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, medical spa, or luxury skincare/beauty. Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets in a commission-based or incentive-driven environment. Experience selling medical-grade skincare, injectables, and aesthetic treatment plans. Strong relationship-based selling skills with emphasis on follow-up, retention, and repeat business. Comfort working directly with physicians, injectors, clinical staff, and brand ambassadors in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with memberships, loyalty programs, packages, promotions, or financing programs preferred. Experience using CRM, EMR/EHR, or sales tracking tools is a plus.
