Job Description L3Harris seeks a Product Manager to support the Spectrum Superiority (S2) Sector's next-generation Open Systems, Electronic Warfare, and SATCOM products. This role is responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, driving strategic investment decisions, and leading portfolio optimization initiatives.

Essential Functions

Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through sustainment, including strategy, development, production, sales enablement, and financial performance

Define and maintain product roadmaps, technical baselines, and system architectures

Serve as product integrator across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on architecture, interfaces, and delivery commitments

Partner with Internal Research and Development (IRAD) teams to drive new product development and launch with business case and ROI justification

Develop business case justifications to support internal investment decisions and capability prioritization

Support portfolio optimization and M&A activities

Optimize product profitability through design-for-cost, design-for-manufacture, and value-based pricing strategies

Support capture activities through product differentiation, technical positioning, and competitive analysis

Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of professional experience, OR Graduate degree and 4+ years of professional experience

Ability to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance

Travel up to 15%

Preferred Additional Skills

Strong technical aptitude and business acumen

Experience in aerospace/defense, strategy, program management, operations, or consulting, including cross-functional leadership

Advanced degree (MBA, MS/Systems/EE/CS, or similar)

Financial acumen (P&L, margin drivers, portfolio tradeoffs); ability to translate complex technical and market insights into actionable business decisions

Exceptional written and verbal communication; professional presence and discretion in handling sensitive topics

Familiarity with ISR, RF, EW, C2, resilient communications, or telemetry domains

Experience in capture
egotiation for complex, multi-site programs

Clearance (active) strongly preferred
