Job Description
Under general supervision, create, build, and sustain customer relationships; manage chemical accounts; troubleshoot; and schedule.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations to sustain client accounts and acquire new business opportunities.
Stabilize business in large strategic accounts.
Manage smaller accounts with combined revenues up to $2.5 MM.
Directly supervise field personnel to maintain and support accounts.
Conduct employee interviews/selecting, provide performance feedback, monitor work, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Pursue organic growth with existing customers and new opportunities with new customers.
Apply technical knowledge of Multi‑Chem product lines and applications to test, select, and recommend products per established methods.
Provide technical support and, as needed, escalates complaints.
Collect samples and analyze data as a site expert.
Offer sound technical advice and recommendations to support operational requirements.
Appreciate chemical pump design and specifications.
Create, build, and sustain custom chemical programs and optimize them as opportunities arise.
Use Microsoft platforms and software to maintain customer financial and technical portfolios.
Provide clear, concise reports and recommendations internally and externally.
Produce and present technical presentations.
Maintain system analysis, interpret data, and develop recommendations to ensure optimal operations.
Show strong leadership by coaching, training, and leading portions of district meetings.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Production Chemical business, including experience in the oil and gas industry.
