Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service Specialist at The Bowerbird
The Bowerbird is looking for a sales associate with HIGH ENERGY, a genuine love of working with people, selling great products, and staying busy. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a desire to offer exceptional customer service, a strong curiosity, and a willingness to develop expert product knowledge. We are seeking a team member who loves interacting with customers and the culture of the retail environment.
Must Haves:
Naturally engages and delights customers with a positive experience
Understands the importance of engaging with customers to drive sales growth
Adaptable to change - seasons, styles, different customer personalities
Approachable, welcoming, warm and energetic personality
A passion for teamwork
Smiling is part of your personality
Must have the ability to work weekends. Not a seasonal position.
Must have at least one year of retail experience.
