The successful candidate will oversee the product strategy and execution for a portfolio of advanced software solutions in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Automation & Control domain. The primary function is to define the long-term product vision, drive innovation, and ensure the global success of the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for critical T&D Automation and Control software solutions (e.g., SCADA, DERMS, and related technologies). Lead, mentor, and manage the technical product management function for the entire portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment across all product lines. Maintain strategic alignment between product strategies, market trends, regulatory compliance, and evolving customer demands. Drive innovation and successful product execution in collaboration with engineering teams and technical sales. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 18+ years of professional experience, with a significant track record in Technical Product Management leadership. Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of and experience within the Power & Energy industry, specifically related to Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Automation and Control Software.
