The Product & Trade Compliance (PTC) Specialist is in charge of safeguarding Richemont's Maisons from legal and reputational risks that could impede market access. This is achieved by ensuring comprehensive regulatory awareness and diligent adherence to mandatory registration and reporting requirements mandated by various authorities worldwide. Furthermore, maintaining a high level of regulatory expertise is essential to deliver effective training programs, ensuring consistent understanding and application of relevant laws and internal directives related to product and trade compliance to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

Registration, Reporting & Certification:

Coordinate and/or support the registration of licenses or products with federal or state authorities. Manage the reporting of regulated products, substances, and packaging, ensuring compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws. Support project managers and the PTC Americas team in the implementation of new directives and laws, including coordinating with local testing organizations/laboratories and adhering to project timelines. Generate internal General Certificates of Conformity based on provided test results and data. Actively promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and standardized routines among stakeholders. Non-Conformity & Control Plan:

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure thorough investigation and timely reporting of non-conformities. Facilitate in-depth root cause analysis and implement strategies to reduce recurrence. Conduct regular audits to verify the effective implementation of product compliance-related laws. Communication & Newsletter:

Manage the regional SharePoint site, including creating and curating content, designing pages and sections for internal communication, and maintaining accurate records. Champion Richemont's initiatives and values internally, promoting positive change and fostering a collaborative and engaged culture. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Law, or related field; Masters degree is a plus Or 3+ years experience in legal offices, customs agencies, Product Regulatory Affairs, trade compliance, logistics, or product regulation Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication both written and verbal and interpersonal abilities in a international matrix organization Proficiency in English (Spanish, French or Portuguese is a plus) Familiarity with customs and trade documentation Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) with the ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations (structure of your presentations) Interest in U.S., LATAM, and Caribbean regulatory environments We Offer
