About the role The Operations Product and Experience Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Operations team to examine and assess current operational processes. The goal is to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience. This role also involves defining new features, capabilities, processes, and tools to support product development efforts within the Marcus Deposit organization.
Responsibilities
Deliver projects assigned by the Operations Product and Experience Leader.
Facilitate exploratory meetings with relevant stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of operations processes.
Review and analyze existing processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency by evaluating end-to-end time spent and handoffs.
Collaborate with Product Managers to establish product features, requirements, and user stories, ensuring concise acceptance criteria.
Work in close partnership with the Operations team to review designs and processes for new features.
Assist in testing new features to ensure they meet quality standards.
Help identify and resolve bugs that arise with new feature releases.
Coordinate with development technology teams during daily standups to groom JIRA stories and tasks related to new features owned by the team.
Collaborate with other product managers to define requirements and development timelines for new functions, tools, capabilities, and features.
Basic Qualifications
1-3 years of operations experience.
Proficient in Jira.
Experience or familiarity with consumer banking products such as savings, and CDs.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, consistently meeting strict deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
Excellent attention to detail as well as strong organization, communication and presentation skills.
