is seeking a creative and execution-driven
Video Editor
to support the production of high-quality digital content across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who can transform raw footage into engaging, insight-driven, and brand-aligned video content for marketing, social media, and thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate understands how to balance storytelling, platform optimization, and professional brand positioning.
Responsibilities: 1.Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit podcasts, webinars, short insight clips, marketing videos, and social media content
Handle end-to-end post-production (raw footage to final delivery)
Maintain a clean, professional, and brand-aligned visual style
2.Content Repurposing & Optimization
Break down long-form content into multiple short-form assets
Create engaging clips for TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Identify key highlights, hooks, and impactful moments
3.Storytelling & Creative Execution
Apply narrative thinking to improve viewer engagement
Craft strong openings and maintain pacing for retention
Ensure each video delivers a clear message or value
4.Branding & Visual Consistency
Maintain consistent brand identity across all videos
Add subtitles, transitions, lower thirds, and light motion graphics
Align visual assets with PureLogics’ brand guidelines
5.Platform-Specific Editing
Adapt videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels
Optimize aspect ratios, captions, and pacing for each platform
6.Collaboration & Workflow Management
Work closely with the marketing team
Incorporate feedback efficiently and maintain version control
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred if relevant to role)
3+ years of video editing experience
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
Ability to identify engaging content segments independently
Familiarity with both long-form and short-form content creation
Must understand and interpret English effectively for editing and content context
Adobe Premiere Pro: Advanced proficiency in video editing and post-production
Adobe After Effects: Ability to create and integrate motion graphics, transitions, and basic animations
CapCut: Efficient editing of short‑form, high‑volume content
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Basic): Create/edit thumbnails, overlays, and simple visual assets
Basic to intermediate animations, including text animations, logo animations, and simple motion graphics
