About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
E-commerce Amazon Channel Specialist
to support the management of a high-volume Amazon seller account. This role will work closely with the Amazon Channel Manager to drive operational efficiency, optimize product listings, and ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace standards.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day management of the Amazon seller account
Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings
Coordinate with content, design, and purchasing teams for product launches
Monitor account health and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines
Review customer feedback and assist in resolving product-related issues
Support Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations
Maintain accurate records and documentation of account activities
Provide administrative and project support to the eCommerce team
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Amazon seller accounts
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Creative tools
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other e-commerce performance tools
