Marketing Content Creator
The Marketing Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Content Creator. This role focuses on managing day-to-day marketing administration, organization, reporting, and coordinating tasks that help the department operate efficiently and stay organized. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep marketing initiatives moving forward.
Responsibilities
Process, track, and organize marketing invoices, purchase orders, and expense documentation
Assist with vendor coordination and contracts
Assist with obtaining quotes for print projects and promotional items
Maintain organized records for campaigns, assets, and marketing documentation
Keep an updated inventory of marketing equipment and materials
Organize, upload, and maintain photo and video files across shared drives and storage platforms
Ensure proper file naming, tagging, and version control for easy access by the marketing team
Assist with archiving and organizing past campaign materials
Upload and maintain copies of e-saver images and related assets on internal specials pages
Pull and compile campaign performance reports across digital, email, social, and paid platforms
Prepare basic summaries and reports for internal review
Schedule marketing email campaigns according to the marketing calendar and campaign timelines
Schedule approved social media posts provided by external marketing partners, ensuring content is published accurately and on schedule
Assist with email database maintenance, including opt-in and opt-out requests
Support the Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Content Creator with administrative tasks that reduce workload and improve efficiency
Help coordinate timelines, schedules, and internal requests
Maintain and update a marketing calendar to reflect local events, onsite activities, campaigns, and key deadlines
Assist with miscellaneous marketing-related projects as needed
Maintain calendars, shared folders, and internal documentation
Ensure marketing processes and workflows are followed consistently
Serve as a point of support for internal departments needing marketing assistance
Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared drives, and reporting tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative, marketing support, or coordinator role
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, reporting dashboards, or content management systems
