SCHEDULE 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
SUMMARY Administers and directs all plant engineering, maintenance, and facility-related support activities efficiently and reliably with regard to operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, utilities, and their distribution systems, energy conservation, and renovation and expansion projects. Coordinates facility upgrades, renovations, and maintenance in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Administers all services with full regard for a safe and comfortable environment. Departments consist of Engineering, Maintenance, Grounds, and Switchboard.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of related experience
2 years in a management role
Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE $85,000.00 - $140,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full‑time applicant. It may be modified in the future and is eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
