Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or graduate degree.

Experience driving complex, cross‑functional projects with end‑to‑end ownership.

Ability to develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business challenges.

About The Job Team Heat, part of the Platforms and Devices Partnerships Strategy and Operations organization, creates partner thought leadership, sets cohesive business strategy, and drives team/agreement operational velocity across a breadth of emerging (e.g., XR) and scaling (e.g., TV) platform and content verticals across the Platforms and Devices product area, supporting Partnerships leaders to enable data‑driven decision‑making for business impact.

In this role, you will be an exceptional strategy and operations leader with strong analytics and advisory capabilities who is passionate about new products and platforms powered by Google AI. As COO, CSO, and CoF all‑in‑one to Partnership leaders, you will play a critical role in the ideation and execution of next‑generation platform partnerships (e.g., XR, TV), including first‑of‑their‑kind product and business agreements.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product‑enabling partnerships, go‑to‑market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Compensation The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $186,000–$270,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Partner with Platforms and Devices New Experiences, XR and TV BD and cross‑functional teams to drive partnerships and business strategy (e.g., partner/market prioritization, business generation plans), leading strategic projects/programs/workstreams.

Synthesize industry intelligence, partner feedback and user insights to influence product partnership roadmaps and create new business generation streams.

Manage agreement operations programs to enable Partnership teams to move rapidly through agreement and compliance processes (origination, structuring, approvals, signing).

Collaborate with Partnerships and cross‑functional teams to solve operational bottlenecks, unlock and accelerate agreement velocity, and create scalable/efficient solutions when possible.

Support strategic planning processes (e.g., annual planning, long‑range planning, organization planning and design, business/OKR reviews).
