The Role: We’re looking for a
Junior
SEO Manager (Swedish Speaker)
to support and execute our SEO efforts, with a primary focus on
on‑page SEO . This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with senior team members to optimise content, improve rankings, and ensure best practices are consistently applied across the site.
You’ll collaborate with content, product, and design teams to help improve organic visibility and contribute to ongoing SEO initiatives. This is a great opportunity to grow your SEO skills while working on a high‑impact growth channel.
As a Junior SEO Manager (Swedish Speaker), you are expected to:
Execute on‑page SEO:
Optimise content, metadata, internal linking, and on‑page structure based on keyword research and best practices.
Support content optimisation:
Work with content teams to ensure articles and landing pages are SEO‑friendly and aligned with target keywords.
Conduct keyword research:
Identify opportunities for new and existing content, focusing on search intent and relevance.
Monitor performance:
Track rankings, traffic, and key SEO metrics, and report on progress.
Assist with technical SEO:
Support audits and implementations (e.g. fixing basic crawl issues, redirects, and indexing).
Collaborate cross‑functionally:
Work with product, design, and development teams to implement SEO improvements.
Stay up to date:
Keep learning and applying SEO best practices and industry trends.
Success in this role means:

on‑page quality and consistency
across key pages
Supporting
growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings
Becoming a
reliable contributor
to the SEO team and projects
Building strong foundational SEO skills and confidence in execution
Job requirements:
1‑3 years of experience
in SEO, with a focus on on‑page optimisation
Solid understanding of
SEO fundamentals
(keywords, metadata, internal linking, search intent)
Experience working with tools like
Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush , or similar
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SEO guidelines
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams
Fluent in Swedish
