
Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help shape and deliver clear, consistent, and compelling messages across internal and external channels supporting brand awareness, business development, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who enjoys writing, coordination, and collaboration in a B2B professional services environment.
Essential Functions / Position Responsibilities
Adhere to and promote all Company Safety Policies and the Company Code of Conduct.
Develop, write, edit, and coordinate marketing content across multiple platforms, including company announcements, project profiles, newsletters, social media, website content, and marketing collateral.
Support internal communications initiatives that highlight company milestones, culture, safety, community involvement, and employee achievements.
Assist in the design and layout of marketing materials when appropriate and necessary.
Monitor analytics and marketing performance metrics and prepare summaries to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Track marketing initiatives and provide reports on marketing activities and outcomes.
Working with the Proposal Manager, provide marketing support for proposals and statements of qualifications.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and digital platforms in accordance with company brand guidelines.
Coordinate marketing materials for meetings, industry events, and trade shows, including content preparation, planning, and inventory.
Maintain an organized inventory of marketing and communications materials.
Coordinate with graphic designers and other external resources to produce branded materials and visual assets.
Research industry trends, competitors, and best practices in marketing to support continuous improvement.
Monitor budgets related to marketing initiatives.
Take ownership of special projects and evolving communications needs assigned by the Director of Marketing.
Perform other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required.
Hiring Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, graphic design, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within construction, A/E/C, or professional services.
Demonstrated experience producing written content for internal and external audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Adobe InDesign and Canva experience preferred, Photoshop a plus.
Experience with Hootsuite and HubSpot is desirable.
Experience with CRM or marketing databases is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and with varying expertise.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
