Director of Wellness

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a clinically strong and people-focused Director of Wellness (DOW) to lead health services within our senior living community. We prefer an RN; however, qualified LPN candidates with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply (in accordance with state‑specific regulations). This role is ideal for a nurse leader who takes ownership of clinical outcomes, acts with integrity, remains focused on resident safety, and believes our culture truly matters.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all clinical services and resident care operations
Ensure compliance with state‑specific regulations and company policies
Lead Health Services Evaluations (HSEs) and service planning
Monitor quality indicators, incident trends, and change‑of‑condition processes
Supervise and develop LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs, and caregivers
Manage medication systems, pharmacy partnerships, and documentation standards
Support family communication and care conferences
Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and quality audits
Drive a culture of safety, integrity, and clinical excellence
What We’re Looking For
Active RN or LPN license in good standing (state‑specific requirements apply)
Multi‑state experience a plus
Previous leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long‑term care preferred
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations
Experience supervising and coaching clinical team members
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lead with accountability and professionalism
