Plan and execute a well-rounded, refined Community Life program that supports resident health and well-being. Develop meaningful relationships with residents and engage a variety of backgrounds including theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning and recreation. Collaborate with team to deliver a wellness-centered program and provide extraordinary services to residents. Qualifications
2 years experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred Strong background in delivering activities and programming in Memory Care setting preferred Able to drive the community vehicle (with training provided) Able to work weekends and holidays Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus Experience in resident programming preferred Passion for seniors - especially with seniors experiencing cognitive decline Excellent communication skills Strength with computers and knowledge of various online applications What you will get from us
