Why we need you.
As our
Labeling & Technical Packaging Specialist , you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products reach customers with accurate, compliant, and high‑quality packaging and labeling. This role exists to bring rigor, consistency, and continuous improvement to our packaging artwork, specifications, and labeling systems—supporting everything from day‑to‑day operations to new product launches. Your work helps protect our brand, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable smooth manufacturing and supply chain execution.
Who you'll be working with. Based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office, you'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners across Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external vendors. This role serves as a connector—translating technical and regulatory requirements into practical packaging solutions while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the process.

What you’ll do.
Create, update, and manage packaging artwork and product labels to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Develop and maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, artwork files, and related documentation
Coordinate artwork development, revisions, and version control with internal teams, customers, and external vendors
Ensure labeling and packaging meet regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU, ISO, GHS)
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve packaging issues and support new product launches
Review and approve proofs, support label inspections, and uphold packaging quality standards
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency
Maintain labeling systems, templates, and databases; support system upgrades as needed
What you bring.
Bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, packaging engineering, or a related technical field
Experience in packaging or labeling within the food and beverage industry
Working knowledge of labeling regulations and packaging standards
Proficiency with labeling software, artwork tools, or document control systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross‑functional environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, with occasional travel
