Associate Director, Digital Product Management — Digitas is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Product Management to drive technical innovation at the intersection of generative AI, data, and digital experiences. You will partner with internal stakeholders and client teams to analyze processes, map opportunities for AI transformation or digital experiences, and design bespoke agentic solutions. While generative AI is a core focus, you will also work with automation, process/workflow optimization, and traditional digital experiences. Requirements gathering, documentation and delivering experiences will be at the core of the role. You will act as a thought leader and hands-on innovator, leveraging the latest advancements in technology to create practical, scalable solutions for clients and internal teams. You will serve as a key client partner—managing product development, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring clients receive exceptional value and support. Strong people skills and client-centric mindset are essential to foster relationships, solve client problems, and encourage long-term engagement. What You’ll Do

The Digital Product Management practice provides traditional product management and business analysis support (requirements gathering and specification documentation), along with technology strategy services to support programs across clients. Programs range from marketing communications to data engineering to emerging technology. Client-driven digital tasks are increasing in scope and complexity, and effective tech leadership and product management skills are required to deliver these needs. As an Associate Director, Digital Product Management, you’ll lead product roadmaps from inception through implementation on a range of dynamic digital projects within our client portfolio. Day-to-day, Your Role Includes Leading all aspects of technical discovery, strategy, definition, and delivery of client projects that include: Requirements gathering through analysis of project goals and the client’s digital ecosystem, background research, and working sessions with stakeholders. Strategic leadership during the discovery phase, facilitating workshops, synthesizing findings, and outlining potential paths to success with the Experience Design team. Building client relationships and trust to act as an extension of their team. Conducting client walkthroughs of requirements, technology recommendations/points of view, and live demonstrations of working functionality, capturing feedback. Partnering with clients and project teams to define product roadmaps. Auditing and analyzing technologies and vendors under consideration for project solutions. Ensuring governance and compliance regulations are considered and followed. Architect, prototype, and implement innovative solutions across diverse business use cases. Lead teams of technologists (Digital Product Managers, Architects/Engineers, QA Engineers and Analysts) onshore and offshore in delivering high-quality solutions via the SDLC. Communicate requirements and functional specifications; respond to questions with development teams. Partner with QA teams to review test cases, manage defects, and keep documentation up-to-date. Oversee release processes in conjunction with tech partners and DevOps. Partner with the Project Manager in scope definition, prioritization of requirements, identifying tasks, estimates, risks, and dependencies. Understand evolving generative AI needs and proactively identify opportunities where AI or technology supports business goals. Guide Experience Designers, Art Directors, and Copywriters in detailed design phases and provide concise feedback to align with requirements. Collaborate with Account Team to manage client stakeholders and provide documentation within agreed timeframes. Educate others on industry best practices for product management and technology; stay current on emerging digital technologies and trends. Be a subject matter expert in prompt engineering, generative AI best practices, and change management or governance for hands-on guidance and training to maximize platform value. Manage other Digital Product Managers on projects and provide proactive mentoring and feedback. Take an active role in career management for direct reports and contribute to talent growth. Develop and lead hands-on training for clients and internal users to drive platform adoption. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a Digital/Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role. 7+ years of experience on technology-based projects. 2+ years of experience as a manager of personnel. Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business or Technology related discipline. Extensive knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies; Agile Product Owner certification is a plus. Knowledge in digital technologies such as CMS, CRM, e-commerce, enterprise integrations, website builds, or native app builds. Experience on large, complex projects with multiple teams and timelines. Strong learning orientation and continuous improvement mindset. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for diverse client and team interactions. Strong documentation, diagramming, task management, and collaboration tooling proficiency. Robust expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, with hands-on experience deploying and optimizing solutions. Note:

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, consistent with applicable law. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range.
