
Manager, Channels Marketing

Responsibilities
Partner closely with Channels Marketing and global business teams to execute marketing strategies across FAST and SVOD channels, supporting both partnership-driven and owned/operated initiatives.
Manage day-to-day relationships with distribution partners (such as Pluto, Samsung, Amazon, etc.), communicating programming schedules and pitching priorities to drive preferred platform merchandising and partner promotion.
Own partner promotional execution and paid media campaign coordination, including briefing creative teams on asset needs, managing timelines, routing for approvals and delivering final materials to partners and media team.
Manage ongoing upkeep of channel marketing touchpoints, including FAST/SVOD hubs, partner storefronts, and owned web pages, ensuring branding, featured titles and messaging remain current and aligned with programming and strategy.
Support global SVOD channel marketing efforts, including promotional planning, strategic campaign development and execution, and cross-functional coordination across AV, Design, Social, etc.
Manage end-to-end marketing asset flow, including servicing partner asset needs, sourcing art and AV materials, submitting creative requests, trafficking deliverables, and ensuring timely approvals and distribution across stakeholders.
Draft B2B marketing materials, including channel overviews, roadshow pitch decks, and support distribution and ad sales collateral requests.
Track, monitor, and report on promotional activity, maintaining trackers and creating post-campaign recaps.
Collaborate with internal departments, agencies and vendors to maximize promotion of Channels via partner channels on and off-platform, and Lionsgate owned and earned media, including digital, eCRM and social.
Maintain a strong understanding of the streaming and AVOD/SVOD landscape, including platform capabilities, competitive activity, and emerging promotional opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of DTC, media, entertainment, and/or agency experience.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to build cross-divisional and inter-company relationships.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Resourceful in finding solutions to problems.
Ability to constantly multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A college degree is preferred.
Nice to Haves
Experience working with client services, project management, and agencies.
Familiarity with distribution marketing, such as MVPD, OTT, SVOD, AVOD.
Experience in digital marketing and social media.
Interest and knowledge of the film and TV industry and an enthusiasm for film and TV content (both current and historical).
Possess highly creative and innovative capabilities.
