This is a temporary IT Help Desk Analyst role focused on providing technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person. The role focuses on troubleshooting issues, following documented processes, and helping users get back to work quickly.
Responsibilities
Provide end-user support following documented procedures and escalation paths
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange)
Assist with Azure / Entra ID and Intune support
Perform basic Active Directory tasks (user updates, group changes)
Support identity and access management concepts (accounts, groups, MFA)
Troubleshoot basic network issues (Wi‑Fi vs wired, VPN, printers)
Recognize basic endpoint security and phishing concerns
Qualifications
Prior IT help desk or technical support experience
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud environments
Understanding of basic networking and security concepts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00/hr
