Manager of Product Adoption & Insights

Key Responsibilities

Drive the Instrumentation Strategy: Own the "Radar". Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners and Engineering to identify core features and workflows and define what "Active Usage" looks like.

Identify Adoption Gaps: Use behavioral segmentation to identify "power users" versus "at‑risk" groups. Pinpoint exactly where in the onboarding journey users are falling off, rather than just reporting a drop in usage.

Narrative Leadership: Lead the strategy to synthesize complex product data into high‑level insights for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring that data is not just presented but used to drive resource allocation and strategic pivots.

Cross‑Functional Leadership: Lead and guide conversations to ensure product and technical teams execute on the broader telemetry and adoption strategy. Ensure success signals are accurately captured in the telemetry.

Preferred Skills

SaaS Infrastructure Mastery: 5+ years of experience with Pendo, HubSpot, Gainsight, and Salesforce. Know how to map their schemas to interoperate.

Data‑to‑English Translation: Translate plain‑English business questions (e.g., "Which accounts are at risk?") into technical telemetry that answers them.

The "Measure Twice, Cut Once" Mentality: Obsess over data integrity and clean the noise so leadership can make decisions with confidence.

Strategic Influence: Experience leading cross‑functional teams (Product, UX, Engineering) without direct authority.

Technical Literacy is a plus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for in‑app messaging and an understanding of object relationships in SaaS data stacks.

Basic Requirements

High School diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, or Technology.

5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales, or Technology.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available.

Salary Target Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 USD.
