Job Summary Execute Waupaca Foundry’s daily digital business-to-business marketing and corporate communications activities to advance the Waupaca Foundry “Brand” awareness and marketplace position.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Implement and facilitate annual digital marketing/communications plan for Waupaca that supports and facilitates development and implementation of industry and customer-specific marketing and communication plans.
Development and execution of brand alignment and lead generation strategy to guide and drive customers (current and unknown alike) through the lead generation marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, quote request and PO).
Lead (with support of 3rd party marketing vendors) the marketing distribution channels: events and trade shows, website and related digital marketing, internal/external communications, social media, email, etc.
Lead, organize and participate in the following external events: industry and customer exhibits, industry trade show participation, marketing and communications seminars.
Manage/lead all sales related company communications (internal/external).
Report marketing effort performance to Director of sales operations of lead generation and marketing/communication activities for growth and impact of efforts, brand awareness and market position.
Support sales/operations as needed and or required (i.e., presentations, communications, etc.).

Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelors, Associates or experience in related field.
3-5 years experience working in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Possess excellent people skills in working with all levels of employees.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Lotus Notes.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Superior time management and problem solving skills.
Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.
Timeliness and accuracy are essential.
Detail oriented.
Basic foundry practice understanding.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
