Assistant Executive Director

lead and inspire
our 20-bed household team. This is more than managing operations — it’s your chance to

where teamwork, compassion, and excellence shine. You’ll partner with our Executive Director to oversee daily life, develop an outstanding caregiving team, deliver exceptional person-centered care, and create lasting relationships with residents and families in our vibrant Oak Creek community.
