Marketing Coordinator

REES is seeking a positive, energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Dallas. You’ll be part of a small but dynamic team of marketers who work closely together to support firmwide marketing and business development efforts. Responsibilities Support requests for proposals and qualifications, sales presentations, and a range of marketing materials that reflect the REES brand. Proofread copy, assist with visual content, maintain CRM data, and ensure marketing tasks are completed. Coordinate local outreach efforts such as trade shows, job fairs, participation in professional organizations, community service initiatives, and design competitions. Relationships are central to our work, so you’ll collaborate with team members across the firm and build professional connections both inside and outside the organization. Qualifications Comfortable using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Mass Communications is preferred. Experience in architecture, engineering or construction is a plus but not required.
