Position Overview Account Executive located in either the DC or NYC area (100% in-person). The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, engaging prospects through cold calling, email, and in-person meetings, and expanding the customer base. Responsibilities Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to initiate contact with prospects and introduce Nitra’s products/services. Attend conferences to engage with industry peers and prospects, leveraging networking opportunities to close valuable sales leads. Collaborate with the Sales team to create and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Execute compelling product demonstrations to effectively convert prospects into loyal customers. Continuously build a target prospect list of healthcare professionals and qualify leads through online research, networking, and cold outreach. Educate healthcare professionals on Nitra’s offerings. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying behavior to determine fit with Nitra’s solutions. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information using CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales pitches, presentations, and materials tailored to different customer segments. Qualifications Proven experience in cold calling potential clients/customers to generate leads and initiate sales conversations. 2+ years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage in cold calling activities and drive lead conversion and sales growth. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Background as a college athlete is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor. Self‑motivated and passionate about sales with a desire to learn about the industry. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team‑oriented environment. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Benefits Equity – Everyone at Nitra is an owner. For on‑target earnings (OTE) , the pay range is $180k – $240k. The OTE range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work‑from‑home day.
