Hospice Services of Massachusetts is hiring a Marketing and Business Development Liaison to join our team in northern Massachusetts! Salaried position up to $85,000 in addition to an incentive program with weekly pay! This is an on-the-road position that requires the candidate to have a reliable and insured vehicle. Must be willing to travel throughout Essex and Middlesex Counties. You establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers in the market. Education & Experience Experience in healthcare marketing/admissions (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required. Duties & Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources. Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs. Maximizes census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations in accordance with the Home Health and Hospice goals. Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic through geographic planning, completion of daily marketing/admission action plans, targeting account assignments, adherence to account assignments, sales call frequency, strategy for account development, and vertical account development. Manage marketing/sales budgets. Track and evaluate referrals. Responsible to ensure external sales calls effectively. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.
