Freelance Digital Designer

We are seeking a freelance digital designer to support ongoing email marketing and paid media creative. This role is ideal for someone who can move quickly, maintain a high level of polish, and execute within an established brand system. You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across email and digital channels—balancing strong visual storytelling with performance-driven design. What You’ll Do Design and build email marketing layouts (campaigns, weekly sends, promotional drops) Create and iterate on paid media assets across social and display (including resizes, refreshes, and new concepts) Translate campaign direction into cohesive digital executions across channels Work within and evolve existing templates and design systems for efficiency and consistency Optimize designs for performance, clarity, and mobile experience Collaborate with creative team to meet deadlines and campaign goals Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in digital design, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, or DTC brands Strong portfolio featuring email design and paid ad creative (required) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite A clean, elevated design aesthetic with strong attention to typography, layout, and hierarchy Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Understanding of performance-driven design (CTAs, conversion, mobile‑first thinking) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deliverables Project Details 10–20 hours a week Ongoing freelance support with potential for extension Remote, with regular check‑ins To Apply Please share: A link to your portfolio (must include email and/or paid ad examples) Your hourly rate and availability What We’re Looking For Someone who can step in quickly, execute at a high level, and bring consistency to a fast‑moving workflow.
