Key Qualifications Needed to Thrive:
Active P&C license
3+ years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerage
Insurance certifications are a plus!

The Position:
Address client inquiries, provide comprehensive coverage information, and effectively resolve issues related to billing, claims, and policy specifics
Assume responsibility for designated accounts, encompassing policy adjustments, renewals, endorsements, insurance certificates, audits, and cancellations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new business development and cross-sell relevant insurance products to existing clients
