We specialize in fashion‑forward bridal with a highly curated designer assortment and an elevated, personalized in‑store experience. We operate at the intersection of luxury retail and e‑commerce, and our marketing is expected to drive both appointment bookings and product sales. The Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Founder and Creative Director, gaining direct exposure to brand vision, merchandising decisions, and high‑level marketing strategy. You will not be operating in a silo—you will be part of building and executing the next phase of Cowboy Bride’s growth. The Role We are looking for a Marketing & E‑Commerce Coordinator with experience in retail or fashion (not service‑based businesses) who can execute content, support paid media, and contribute to e‑commerce growth. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, performance tracking, and campaign support. Strategy and direction will be provided—you will be responsible for bringing it to life and ensuring it performs. Key Responsibilities Content Execution Execute weekly content across Instagram + TikTok Capture in‑store content (gowns, styling, real bride moments) Edit short‑form video (Reels, TikTok) Write captions aligned with Cowboy Bride’s voice Paid Media Support (Performance‑Focused) Assist in managing Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns Upload creatives, monitor performance, and make basic optimizations Support testing of messaging, audiences, and creative Track key ad metrics (CPC, CTR, cost per inquiry) E‑Commerce Support (Shopify) Support product‑focused campaigns (minis, accessories, drops) Assist in merchandising and product storytelling Monitor basic performance metrics (conversion rate, product performance) Help execute campaigns tied to launches and events Performance Tracking & Reporting (Non‑Negotiable) Track and report weekly Appointment inquiries from marketing Booked appointments Top‑performing content and ads Maintain a KPI tracker (Google Sheets or similar) Identify what is driving action—not just engagement Campaign Support Assist in executing campaigns tied to: New arrivals Seasonal moments Ensure content, ads, and email are aligned Email Marketing Support Coordinate campaigns through Mailchimp Support product launches, events, and client communication What We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in retail, fashion, or e‑commerce marketing (required) Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager Experience with Shopify (or strong willingness to learn) Strong attention to detail and ability to execute consistently What Sets You Apart You understand that marketing should drive sales and bookings—not just engagement Strong eye for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling Organized, proactive, and reliable Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment What This Role Is Not This is not a strategy‑only role This is not a passive content posting role This is not for someone without retail or product‑based experience Success in This Role Looks Like Consistent, high‑quality execution across content and campaigns Increased appointment inquiries and bookings Strong support of e‑commerce revenue through product‑focused marketing Clear understanding of what is working and why #J-18808-Ljbffr
