Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base + uncapped commission & performance bonuses

On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$120,000+

Role Overview


We’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager to own and grow Varlo’s custom apparel and B2B business.

This is a revenue-driving role—you will be responsible for managing accounts, closing new business, and guiding customers through the full lifecycle from initial conversation through production and delivery.

You’ll work directly with teams, organizations, and athletes while coordinating internally across design, production, and operations to bring projects to life.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to take ownership of both sales and execution.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Own and grow a pipeline of custom apparel and B2B opportunities
  • Close new business across teams, clubs, events, and organizations
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth through both new and existing accounts

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase order volume

Project & Production Coordination

  • Manage accounts from sale → design → production → delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, leadership)
  • Ensure timelines, expectations, and deliverables are met
  • Oversee order flow and customer communication throughout the process

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Work closely with Team Varlo, clubs, and the endurance community
  • Support activations, events, and athlete relationships when needed
  • Represent the Varlo brand in all external interactions

Process & Growth

  • Help build and refine scalable sales and account processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Contribute to overall business growth strategy


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or B2B partnerships
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and close deals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in apparel, merchandise, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Passion for endurance sports, fitness, or performance apparel is a strong plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
