Director / Head of Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing
We are seeking a senior manufacturing leader with deep experience across radiopharmaceutical or sterile GMP production , technology transfer , process scale-up , and manufacturing operations . The successful individual will bring a strong background in GMP manufacturing leadership , with experience overseeing production teams, implementing new equipment and manufacturing capability, and supporting the transfer and scale-up of complex products into regulated production environments.
Key experience required:
- Leadership of GMP manufacturing / production operations
- Experience in radiopharmaceuticals , nuclear medicine, or adjacent sterile manufacturing
- Strong background in technology transfer , process scale-up , and process validation
- Experience with facility / equipment upgrades , manufacturing implementation, and operational readiness
- Working knowledge of CMC , validation , GMP documentation , and cross-functional quality / engineering interfaces
- Proven ability to lead teams and support the build-out of manufacturing capability in a growing organisation
Ideal background:
- Radiopharmaceuticals, sterile injectables, or highly specialised GMP manufacturing
- Chemical / biochemical / pharmaceutical engineering background
- Senior leadership experience within clinical or commercial manufacturing settings
