Up Closets Sales & Design Consultant - Coastal Delaware

We are a new family-owned custom closet franchise serving the entire state of Delaware. Our Design Consultant role provides client‑facing sales, in‑home consultations, and design services for closets and garage systems throughout Sussex County. Proficiency in technology and ability to understand design software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time‑management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction Client travel within the State of Delaware (all counties) A passion for home organization and design Flexibility to provide consultations on occasional Saturdays is a plus Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their storage needs and preferences Design custom closets and spaces using our software Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service Compensation $65,000.00 - $100,000+ per year (commission-based).
